These boys are going to be trouble...
We've all survived the packing & move - phew! Evan's adjusted well to his new home, and we're all loving our new area. After so many years living in the city, we're really appreciating our gorgeous surroundings and proximity to the mountains...the whole reason we moved to CO in the first place!.jpg)
This is pretty much what I got to do all weekend...
Uncle John & Aunt Karen sent me a bunch of new Cubs gear - yay!
We played at the Children's Museum, said goodbye to Grandma & Grandpa Lundgren, and chewed on some toys. Evan is pulling himself up pretty well, scooting on his butt, and trying really hard to crawl...by lunging forward and sometimes crashing onto his head. He hasn't quite figured out that to move, he's going to need to stay on his tummy! For now, he's practicing by crawling up Mom & Dad. He smiles and laughs more than ever, and learned how to clap this week - such a happy baby!
Cooling off in the pool...
I love to growl - sometimes mom & dad think I need an exorcism...
Evan went to his first show! We took him to Widespread Panic at Red Rocks, and it was a rockin' time for all of us. He did amazing, and loved dancing and being around all of the people - we had so much fun!!
We spent Evan's first Father's Day fishing with dad and the Knight family in a beautiful mountain canyon - what a great day!
Evan got to go for his first swim! He also had his first taste of pasta while out celebrating mom & dad's 5th wedding anniversary.
Time really has flown by! Evan turned 6 months old today - he's 20 lbs. and nearly 28" long, and gets more animated every day. We opened presents and had an exciting dinner of oatmeal and bananas! This video is for the grandparents (unless anyone else is remotely interested in watching him eat...) - you can see that he's still a very enthusiastic eater!
